The highest tide coincides with the full moon, making it the best time for healings and love. Ebb tide, when it is receding is best for releasing negativity, cleansing and purification. The incoming tide is best for new beginnings, new aspirations, etc. Low tide is best for meditation, reflection, asking questions and receiving guidance.
