Many types of pain are stored in the heart chakra, including the wounded child and all emotional traumas. If you suffer from physical illnesses due to a blocked heart chakra they will need to be healed emotionally in conjunction with physical healing.
Learning to love yourself is empowering and a sign of a healthy heart chakra because when your heart chakra is fully open you have an infinite ability to love everyone and see the inner beauty within them.
