Level 1: At this level After Care is only for personal use, and the attunement cannot be passed to others.
After Care is a fabulously effect, easy to use yet comprehensive energy. It can be used both after difficult experiences and after receiving other healing modalities, or any stressful experience. After Care tends to your being and body to bring cleansing, calm, restoration and can even help to integrate many kinds of life experiences or treatments. The energy arrives from the organic, eternally living light and light region of Divinity, delivered by helpful healing eternal light beings.
Some times that After Care is helpful:
After a chiropractic adjustment
After any healing session or medical treatment
After a loved one passes
After a family visit
After illness or accident
After an argument
After physical exercise
After mental strain, stimulation or studying
After sub-space
After massage
After a change of diet
After the ending of smoking
After taking pharmaceutical or “recreational” drugs
After reducing or eliminating alcohol from your life
After acupuncture or acupressure
After surgery of any kind
After vigorous lovemaking
Level 2: This level provides you with the ability to activate After Care in person or at a distance for other people, and animals, birds, plants, fish, amphibians and many other species that may benefit from the energies after stressful experiences.
After you have been attuned to Level 2 of After Care, if you are a Reiki or Seichim Master Teacher you may pass the system to others.
